Shipping Policy – House of Emaan

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and ship from Bangalore, India.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or major Indian holidays.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, so please ensure all order details are accurate before completing checkout.


Order Confirmation

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.


Product Availability

Due to high demand, certain items may become unavailable after an order is placed.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.


Order Review & Security

All orders are subject to verification and review.
House of Emaan reserves the right to cancel any order if it does not meet our verification requirements.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during:

  • New launches

  • Sale periods

  • Major holidays


Pre-Order Policy

Items marked as Pre-Order will be shipped once they arrive at our facility.

  • Pre-order items are charged at checkout

  • Pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed

Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping (India):
We offer standard delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

House of Emaan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the courier has confirmed delivery with tracking proof.
All delivery risks after dispatch are assumed by the courier partner.


Final Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions without prior notice.
No price adjustments will be made after purchase.
